Chelsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She often work with teenagers and young adults experiencing life changes, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression. In addition, she is passionate in working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders to address their co-occurring needs. Chelsey offers individual therapy sessions for those over the age of 14 both in person in Greensburg and virtually in Pennsylvania.

Mental health counseling
Krystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. She has been working in mental health and addictions care since 2013. Using a Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered approach, she works with individuals aged 10 and up. She is trained in EMDR therapy and enjoys working with individuals with trauma, Anxiety/ OCD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Special interest in working with individuals that identify as neurodivergent and LGBT+ individuals.
Going through changes is often an uncomfortable experience. In order to grow, pushing through our comfort zone is inevitable. When the future is unknown, we may freeze, experiencing heightened stress, anxiety, or depression. Through your counselling journey, Chelsey believes building trust and a healthy therapeutic alliance are key in becoming the best version of yourself. Chelsey utilizes a holistic approach to treatment, integrating Cognitive Behavioral techniques with Person-Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Diane is a Nationally Certified and State Licensed Counselor who specializes in treating adults. She uses a blended approach to therapy; combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality therapy, and integrates EMDR techniques to heal from past trauma and help clients embrace healthy changes in their lives.
Diane has prepared to provide services to her clients by working in different levels of care; initially starting out in the inpatient mental health and drug and alcohol treatment realms before transitioning to outpatient care. Over the past 15 years she expanded her knowledge and skillsets in the use of clinical hypnosis and EMDR. She enjoys working in the office with clients, as well as providing education through community outreach. Additionally, she works with various employee assistance programs to provide education and support to human service workers in the public welfare and school systems. Additionally, she is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor and is a Substance Abuse Professional, performing evaluations under the Department of Transportation for individuals with specialized licenses.
Amanda is a Nationally Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Advanced Drug and Alcohol Abuse Counselor. She has been providing care in the behavioral health field for ten years. Her background includes inpatient, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and crisis assessment. Amanda specializes in treatment adolescents and adults with Anxiety, Depression, and Co-Occurring disorders.
Creating change can be an uncomfortable process. Amanda believes in using a collaborative and person-centered approach to therapy that involves identifying individual strengths and goals into the treatment process. Several methods used in her approach including Reality, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing Techniques.
While she is passionate in working with the mental health realm, she also provides specialized services as an evaluator as a Substance Abuse Professional, performing evaluations under the Department of Transportation for individuals with specialized licenses. She also has extensive experience working with healthcare professionals, providing care for individuals involved with the Pennsylvania Nurse Peer Assistance Program (PNAP), and enjoys working in addressing any co-occurring needs that these individuals may have.
